Letter sent to Ginny Thompson - State Farm Insurance Agent with copy sent to us:

Dear Ginny,

Just to let you know how please I am with the handling of my problem on July 23, 2004.

A 3 x 6 foot mirror came crashing down in my bathroom at 3:00 O'clock in the afternoon. The mirror that had been glued to the wall without any other holders, 23 years ago, allowed it to come loose. Needless to say I became unglued. I called my daughter and she called Ginny.

Your office called Pro-Tech Cleaning & Restoration and within 30 minutes a person named James McNeal the Operations Manager from Pro-Tech Cleaning & Restoration was at my house. He cleaned up the mess and as the carpet had to be taken up also, he said he could and would come back and replace the carpet for us.

We are pleased with the service and could not have asked for a nicer, more pleasant, efficient, person to have do this job for us. I highly recommend him for any work needed to be done.
